Returns, Damages & Order Changes
We recommend reviewing each shipment upon arrival and inspecting inventory before reselling. Establish your own client return policy based on ours and inform your customers that opened or used products may not be eligible for return. For defective or damaged items, contact us promptly for support and replacement options.
Email pro@skinbydrsethi.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without RA will not be credited.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a quality or shipping error. Please check our shipping rates on site.
Changes may incur a 35% processing fee. Notify us immediately to avoid fees. Once the order is shipped or delivered, all shipping and return fees are your responsibility.
Contact pro@skinbydrsethi.com within 48 hours. Include your order number, multiple photos of the damaged item and original box in which order came. Pls take from all different angle.Retain all packaging materials for inspection.

Yes. Expedited shipping is available upon request and will incur additional charges. Please reach out to us directly before placing your order to confirm availability and rates.

Selling Guidelines
You may sell within your licensed practice/spa and on your official business website.
No. Sales on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc., are not allowed. This helps protect the exclusivity and integrity of the brand.

Payment & Order Requirements
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express with U.S. billing addresses. Our checkout is secure and encrypted.
Yes. Orders are processed only after payment is received. You will receive an email with pickup or tracking info once your order ships.
Yes! If eligible, Shop Pay gives you the option to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Just choose the installment option during checkout. Subject to approval by Affirm.
No. There are no interest charges or hidden fees when you choose the 4-installment option.
Installments are available on qualifying purchases and subject to approval. If you don’t see the option, your order may not meet the criteria, or Affirm (Shop Pay’s partner) did not approve the split payment.
At this time, Shop Pay is only available for one-time purchases and not supported for subscriptions or auto-renewals.
Sales Tax & Exemption
Submit a valid and current Tax Exempt or Reseller License from your state or local tax authority.
We apply sales tax based on your shipping address and local tax regulations if no valid certificate is on file.
Confidentiality
Yes, but only with permission. You may not alter or distribute materials without written consent.
Only use approved logos, product descriptions, and images provided by Skin by Dr. Sethi. Do not create duplicate or altered versions of the brand for resale. When in doubt, reach out to request brand-approved assets.
