Shipping Policy

• Processing & Shipping Times:
  Orders require 2-3 business days for processing, followed by 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. We ship to all 48 contiguous states but do not ship to U.S. Territories, international addresses, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes.

• Shipping Costs:

• Orders under $150: Standard shipping fees apply.

• Orders over $150: Free shipping.

• Tracking information will be emailed after shipment.

Pick-Up Option:
Free local pick-up is available from Skin by Dr. Sethi offices in Fremont, Folsom, Stockton, and Sacramento. Notify us in advance at pro@skinbydrsethi.com to arrange a convenient time. Pick-ups are only available during business hours at the designated location.
