To ensure the exclusivity and quality of each brand, we do not authorize the sale of these products on third-party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or other sites.

We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards to protect the uniqueness of your brand.

We recommend consulting with your insurance agent to obtain general liability insurance for your practice or medical spa. Typically, these policies include product liability insurance; however, it's important to review your specific policy to understand the full extent of your coverage.

How To Pay

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards with U.S. billing addresses. At the final step of checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your payment information. Your details are safe with us—our site is fully secure, and all orders are encrypted to protect your payment information throughout the process. 

Pre-Pay Orders

All customers are required to pre-pay for their orders. Once payment is received, we will begin processing your order. You will receive an email with either a pickup notification or a tracking number for shipping, depending on your selected delivery method.

Sales Tax Policy

Tax Exempt 

To qualify for tax-exempt purchases, you must submit a valid Resale Certificate prior to placing your order. It is your responsibility to provide this documentation.If a Resale Certificate is not received, sales tax will be applied.

Customers seeking tax exemption must provide a copy of their valid Tax Exempt/Reseller License to the Company. The license should clearly indicate the customer's name or business name, tax identification number, and the issuing authority. The Company reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of the provided license.
