At Skin by Dr. Sethi, we stand behind our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction
Returns, Exchanges & Restocking
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 15 calendar days of receiving your order to request a replacement or credit. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns when no error has been made in shipping or order fulfillment.

You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any items. Products sent without an RA will not be credited. Email us at partners@skinbydrsethi.com to begin your return process.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was due to our error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.

Order Changes:
Changes to orders after placement may incur a 35% processing fee. Let us know as soon as possible to avoid additional fees. Once shipped or delivered, you will be responsible for shipping fees and returns.
Damaged Shipments:
If your order arrives damaged, email pro@skinbydrsethi.com within 48 hours, including your order number,photo of the damaged item, proto of original packaging, and be sure to keep the original box and all the packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return team.
